Honorable Parents are informed that BTS-Baig Transport Service has established TCC - Transport Complaint Cell with the help of school management for prompt resolution of issue related to transport.
Transport Complaint Cell is working from Ist October 2011. ALHUMDULILLAH.
You are requested to contact if
Van is overloaded Van comes late or very late. Vans conditions are not good.
Driver drives very fast. Driver smokes cigarette. Driver plays songs.
Van takes time more than an hour in Islamabad and 1 ¼ hours in Rawalpindi.
Student has no place to sit due to overloading.
