Why R & D Section
Muslim scholars such as Al-Razi, Al-Hazen, Al- Beruni, Al- Farabi, Ibn- Khaldun,Al –Khayyam, and many others, did research work in accordance with the instructions revealed in different Ayats of Holy Quran and developed Science, Math, medicals,Socialogy,History,Cosmology,Geographly, Art and other disciplines, which helped mankind a lot in its development.
Sustenance of any project depends upon economy-cum-efficiency. The main function of R&D is to keep an eye on progress, whether administration is providing suitable learning environment to students as per instructions laid down. Every developing organization feels its vitality and establish R & D Department for stock taking, streamlining and smooth working of organization.
A.E.S has also established this department in 2010 under direct instructions of chairman.
Initially this department is working on two projects.
- curriculum lesson planning for Quality education.

How in A.E.S.
Lesson Planning
The relationship between quality education and quantity of development is significant. Therefore it is very much necessary to maintain it. In order to impart quality education to the siblings, systematic subject and topic wise class room teaching is must.R & D department has managed to prepare lesson planning, got it typed and maintained in folders for all classes and all terms. About 115 folders are available in R & D department for guidance of teachers.
Preparation of manual
After completing lesson planning the formulation of rules,regulation is in hand.Manual committee meets daily at convenient timings and the work is in progress.
