1.1 Meanings in English
R & D means Research and development.According to oxford dictionary. “Research means careful study of a subject. Especially in order to discover new facts or information about it.”
R & D means “Work that tries to find new products and processes or to improve existing ones”(P.1290)
1-1-2 AL-Quran
In the Holy Quran Allah (S.u.t) has revealed in different Ayats for deep thinking and thorough consideration of own self and creation of universe.
“Do they not think deeply(in their own selves)about themselves
(how Allah created them from nothing, and similarly He will resurrect them?)
Allah has created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them,
except with truth and for an appointed term, and indeed, many of mankind
deny the Meeting with their Lord” (30-8)
