Dear Parents,

Assalam-o-Alaikum,

It is to reiterate that school will remain open till June 30, 2011 as per normal routine and will be closed during month of July and August 2011 for summer vacations, except three sections of the schooling Nazrah Classes, Hifz students ,Classes IX & X and O'Level. The classes will resume after Eid -ul- Fitr. Keeping in view extreme weather conditions, school administration will take following steps to facilitate the students

(1) Students will not offer their Zohar Prayer at school due to extreme weather condition and will leave at 1:45 w.e.f May 25, 2011.

(You are requested to take care of their Zohar Prayer at home.)

(2) Morning Assembly session will be held within class rooms w.e.f June 1, 2011. Needless to say, parents' co-operation is extremely important and vital. Following points must be ensured:

(i) Matters regarding personal hygiene in term of daily bath, nail cut, proper hair cut etc

(ii) Maximum intake of liquids.

Here is the policy of incomplete H.W of students or test not prepared for the next term.

  • First time A verbal warning will be issued, which will be noted on the diary for parents information.
  • Second time Students will stay with the teacher during break to complete their pending work & note in the diary to parents.
  • Third time Students will be asked to stay till 07:00 pm with their

teacher to finish their homework or to prepare their test.
