Subject : Parent Teacher Meeting. Respected parents, Please stay informed that PTM of both boys and girls sections will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at AIMS Campus. While meeting of Montessori Section will take place at Marjan Campus. The school will remain close or students except Hifz and Nazra Section.
Important points for effective PTM Ø PTM has been arranged for the parents to meet their wards' subject teachers, department wise. So parents are requested to come in time and discuss their issues keeping in view the rights of those, who are waiting for their turn. It is suggested if you could write down the academic and conduct issues of your ward class wise to resolve the problems. Ø Summer vacation task of students of I & II will be handed over to parents on this occasion, along with guidelines / instructions for parents regarding this task. Ø Students of III to VIII will receive their summer vacation task on the last working day. However parents will be briefed by teachers in terms of instructions regarding summer homework. Note: The administration expects from parents to take care of break time of teachers from 01:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Looking forward for your cooperation.

Dear Parents, Assalam-o-Alaikum, It is to reiterate that school will remain open till June 30, 2011 as per normal routine and will be closed during month of July and August 2011 for summer vacations, except three sections of the schooling Nazrah Classes, Hifz students ,Classes IX & X and O'Level. The classes will resume after Eid -ul- Fitr. Keeping in view extreme weather conditions, school administration will take following steps to facilitate the students (1) Students will not offer their Zohar Prayer at school due to extreme weather condition and will leave at 1:45 w.e.f May 25, 2011. (You are requested to take care of their Zohar Prayer at home.) (2) Morning Assembly session will be held within class rooms w.e.f June 1, 2011. Needless to say, parents' co-operation is extremely important and vital.
